My computer has win. 98. If I do not have this on my computer, how do I get this. Would there be any web sites I can go to. And is it free to get and use. Please help me. Thank you.

CCleaner will clean out your Registry. And yes, it's FREE!

It's called RegCleaner and it shows you a list of all the programs. If you see anything that needs to be removed you can do it safely.
