Ugh! I totally know how you feel. At only 11 weeks, I'm not showing only gaining weight. So I just look fat at this point. I told my husband how I felt and he was really really supportive. Now he makes sure to tell me all the time how beautiful I am and how much he appreciates what I'm going through. Try talking to your husband. I'm sure he'll be able to assuage your feelings better than anyone here can!

Trust me, despite the lump in your belly, most all men find you very, very sexy right now.

I'm not a pervert and not trying to be gross, but pregnancy makes a woman exude certain hormones that really turn men on. Not to mention the enlarged and darkened breasts....

Buy something that fits you well, showing off the belly and not hiding your whole body in drapes. Get a new haircut or style and maybe a massage. Walk up a sweat every day and ask your husband to go with.

Most importantly, try sex if you are not and if you absolutely are grossed out by all means give him head or hand a few times a week. This is tough on him too!

My wife felt the same way when she was pregnant. The best thing you can do is let your husband know how you're feeling. I know I made a point to tell my wife how beautiful she looked at least once a day and it definitely seemed to help. I'm sure that the biggest part of your negative self image is imagined and another person telling you how great you really look would help!

I dealt with the same problems when I was pregnant. Try going and getting a new haircut, or go get a pedicure. Spend a little you time, and focus on how great it makes you feel to walk out of that salon with great hair. Maybe go buy yourself a sexy bra and panties set, it might help put you in a sexy frame of mind to wear something a little ooh la la, and if you feel sexy, you look sexy, and your husband will want to give you more attention which will make you feel better. Also, let your husband know that you feel less than sexy, without being whiny. He doesn't want to hear you hem and haw about how fat you feel, but maybe if you say: "You know, Honey, This belly of mine makes me feel like a blimp, and I would like to feel more sexy, but I don't know how." And you will be amazed, that when you say that to your man, if he's any sort of good man at all, will fall all over himself trying to make you feel good. So take some time for you, get some sexy new undies and let your man know what he can do to help. You should feel like "one hot mama" in no time!! Good luck, and congrats on your baby.

Well, I think that most women feel this way. I know I did. You really just have to remember what you are doing. You are growing a baby inside of you and it is all worth it. And I am sure your husband still finds you to be beautiful.

I know exactly what you mean, when I was pregnant I hated going out somewhere and seeing these younger skinny girls, it made me so depressed and I was afraid that my husband was looking at them, but my husband just kept telling me how beautiful I was and how much he loved me. It helped a little bit
