well this is a little off the subject I am a son of a single mother scince I was four and my mom found Big Brothers and Big Sisters it is a foundation to help families like ours and yours they provide a person that I was able to trust and they bought me presents during the holidays, your kids would enjoy this activity.

Your church, or if you have none, (and this would be a great time to find one if you are alone) - you could try a church in your area, however, keep in mind, they need to help many people who are members of their congretation
