No because if you disable it, the blip on your boss' screen will stop moving. Bit of a clue if you're in the warehouse and your blip is on the other side of town.

The minute you disconnect the GPS device on the van, they will know that something has happened, either the GPS was damaged or you did it intentionally.
Also, without the GPS tracking, if the van is stolen, you might be on the hook for the replacement cost because you disconnected the device, or could lose your job.
If you need to use the van for personal reasons and the company allows this, you may be able to ask them to not record or monitor the location when you are not at work. However, they may also refuse to do so since the van represents their company. For example, a church restoration service may not want to have their company logo on a van parked out in front of the local strip club.

IF IT IS A QUAL-COMM FLOWER POT YOU BET! just get find an excuse to park under some metal awning or in a thick cement car park (over head cover is the key) now you are off the proverbial radar so you can take a thick metal bucket or other cheap clever device that DOES NOT UNHOOK OR TOUCH any wires then you go to girlfriends or shopping or whatever but you must return to safe spot to remove "HELMET" or the gig is up!

Yes you can ! quite easy really , Although getting harder to find, You need to get a piece of lead sheeting make yourself a cover for said tracking device ( a small box that it will fit inside completely ) this will totally block any signal`s to & from the said device !
But first you need to find out where the device is as they hide them all over the place and sometime`s even put dummie`s in so when you find it you think it is "the one "
No signal`s will pass through lead !

Damn, I cannot believe the number of goodie goodie; please sleep with me Mr Blair; trust me my balls haven't dropped sir types have answered this question!!! You can get the whole system shifted to a different vehicle belonging to your boss, but as much as I hate to agree with the other fools that answered this question they are right, it doesn't really work as unless your sending it on exactly the right course it will show up as a discrepancy.

If you disable it he will know it. You will show up as being broken. Then when it is enabled again it will show up as working again. He will know that you are up to something.
