How often do leopards go into heat?

doing research on leopard reproductive cycle and wanted to know how often female leopards go into heat.

"Depending on the region, leopards may mate all year round (India and Africa) or seasonally during January to February (Manchuria and Siberia). The estrous cycle lasts about 46 days and the female usually is in heat for 6-7 days."

Also, from Davidson College:

"Females are generally in estrus for an average of seven days, and the estrus cycle occurs approximately every 46 days (Cat Specialist Group, 1996).The male and female remain together for an average of 2.1 days while mating. After mating, the pair splits up, with the female caring for the resulting cubs (Bailey, 1993)."
