No, wild pigs won't come into restaurants, they stay in the wild. Actually, most states ban the selling wild game as food or otherwise.

It's tough to find restaurants that serve wild boar consistently. Usually it's a special. I'm assuming this has to do with supply issues and the fact that the restaurants can't always, consistently count on being able to have wild boar available. However, there are lots of restaurants that have wild boar quite frequently as specials.

Palio D'Asti on Montgomery has a wild boar prosciutto on its menu all of the time and also has had wild boar as its "Game of the Day" special.

I've also encountered wild boar specials at La Ciccia on 30th street (near Church).
