that depends if you have a person who gets concerned easily and will take on your problems you have then i wouldn't tell that person, but if you need to talk choose someone who wouldn't take on a burden like a friend who cares but not that they take it on like a mother would.Good luck on finding someone cuz if u keep it to yourself u might explode.

A few people know the burden I carry, though I'm not sure they fully understand it. Which I don't blame them for, because at times I don't fully understand it myself. It is my destiny to carry this burden alone, but I share it with the people I love most.......I believe that I'm supposed to keep it to myself for the most part, and that's just fine with me :)

Well, I don't exactly carry a burden, but if I did I wouldn't keep it all bundled up inside me. That 's a good way to start a bomb. The best way to keep from having an emotional explosion is to talk to the 1st person you can trust!!!

If you carry burdens its because you ultimately choose to. You can let them go and claim victory. Here are a few words from one of my favorite songs....
" ..It's all about your perception
Hey-are you a pauper or a superstar
So you act, so you feel, so you are."
"There's Hope" by India Arie

I wouldn't call it a burden, sounds harsh..
My 2 best friends knows about 90% of my troubles, issues, pains, mistakes, bad opinions, skeletons, etc.
My therapist knows about the other 10%

I usually keep it to myself, I really shouldn't it's not healthy, but why
ruin someone else's day with my problems. Others have their
own burdens why add to them.
Besides, how do you know anyone cares.

I KEEP ALL MY BURDENS TO MYSELF. MY HUSBAND OF 3 YEARS DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT I DEAL WITH IT. I JUST HAVE ALWAYS KEPT THINGS TO MYSELF, I CAN FIX THEM ON MY OWN. I KNOW I SHOULD SHARE WITH HIM, BUT I DO NOT LIKE TO WORRY HIM. I HAD CANCER ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO AND NO ONE KNEW EXCEPT THE DOCTORS AND GOD HIMSELF.
