Wait till he's 18-20 or else you'll be the laughing stock of your neighborhood. Seriously, a crush is a crush, nothing wrong with that, but there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. There is nothing a 9 year old can do for you, and if you move on him, all you are going to do is mess up his head for the rest of his life. Move on.
