I talk to him and i ask him how come he is by himself at lunch time. He said I dont know so i dont know want eles i should ask him

He is probably shy and is afraid to ask anybody to talk with him. So your job is to strike up a conversation. Ask him "Hey, would you like to sit with me?" Or just sit with him and ask if he has any favorite sports. Ask about school, activities, or anything that interests him. Tell him a nice joke, be friendly, and believe me he'll open up. I am the quiet type, but when people try talking to me, I open up.
After you've talked to him, don't just leave him. Walk with him as if you would've with your best friend. And don't just bug him or "stalk" him, you know what I mean? Become his friend and be constant with your frienliness, I mean not just for one day. Introduce him to your friends saying, "Hey you guys, we've got a new friend in our group." Tell them to introduce themselves to the "new" friend. Hope I helped. I wish you the best.

You should ask him do he have a girlfriend maybe he don't have no girlfriend or no friends that's why he is by hisself or maybe he just like to be along because sometimes it is good to be buy your self.

just get to know him. ask him questions like:
What's your favorite sports team?
Who's your favorite band?
What tv shows do you like?
What movies do you like?
What did you get on our last test
