It's getting close to christmas time and I really wanna get a Nintendo Wii!! I live in the Atlanta area, does anyone know how the availabilty is on these in stores around Atlanta, are there none at all, or are people still lining up to get them or what?

The best way is to either call every store or go to ps3seeker.com/wii
That shows you where all the wiis around your area are, when stores are getting them, and how many they will be getting. After you enter your zip code on the site, it takes a little while for the site to locate all the wiis. After that, the site is extremely useful.

Well I, personally, have been trying to find a Nintendo Wii for the past 4 weeks with little luck. However, I am planning on getting one this Thursday or Friday, as this is when most stores have been rumored to have a shipment.
However, in your case, I'd say you should try to buy it now because by Christmas time, although Nintendo has been said to export more consoles than usual for the occasion (sorry, don't have a source), I'm sure they'll run out, not to mention how busy it'll be then when you try to get your hands on.

Im sure it'll be hard to get in stores. it'll be like that for a while. I got my wii without much trouble online. i just went to a site and put in my email address and they sent it out to me. it doesn't have to be that hard to get.

i dont know about u but i have an ebgames ( gamestop ) near me and they said they were getting about 9 a week
