Find him some sugar free or candy designed for those that are diabetic. Some disposable razors and some shaving cream, aftershave or other grooming things. Since he is an electronics fanatic, get him a gift card for his favorite electronics store so he can pick out something.
Sorry really drawing a blank so if I think of anything else I will edit this and let you know.

Sugar Free candy has come a long way, if he likes candy hershey's makes reese's peanut butter cups and choclate bars that are almost as good as the real thing. I've also found sugar free "sugar wafers" in vanilla that were very good. The key thing is creativity and finding things that he likes in sugar free varieties.
Another good idea that I can suggest are gift certificates for things like massages or special activites. Being diabetic is rough but knowing that someone cares helps alot. Happy Holidays!

Is he into events or searching? if so, i'd say fishing lures, small container of shells, golf balls, tennis balls...stuff like that. you are able to also attempt to cram a DVD right into a stocking, CD's, cologne, after shave, some sweet, perhaps a packet of excellent espresso or warm chocolate, keychain, small flashlight, mints, air fresheners for the vehicle, small memo pads, a e book, small pocket-sized screwdriver set, lottery tickets, present playing cards for gasoline, and so on.

gift cards with small amounts like 10 or 15 dollars..since he is in to electronics you could get one form best buy or circuit city or just one to his favorite lunch spot..we always have candy in our stocking so get some diabetic candies for him..also something small like a nice stress ball or if he is into golf you could put some golf balls in there...or you could get one of those coupon books..the ones that have free coupons for a massage from you, or movie of his choice...i got one of those for my husband and he loved it...good luck!!

the latest accessories for his toys or another color of his favorite accessory, if he buys music downloads gift cards for that, my hubby isn't much on candy and is also a tech junkie, however he is getting smelly good stuff for him (me lol) in his stocking!

Gift cards are small and he can get DVD's or CD's that he likes best. BEST Buy or Circuit City would be good too.
