I have an 04 neon and all of my lights work except for my parking lights,gauges and my tail lights.My brake lights turn signals and headlights work and i can not figure out what it is,I have already checked the fuses and there is no relay that I can found so I am pretty much stumped. Please help.

Could be the headlight switch. Seen lots do the same thing .Try to get wiring diagram to pin point powers and grounds. Use a dvom not a test light to test for them. If this is over your head take it to the repair shop as you could do more damage as good . Don't let the smoke out of the wire Good luck hope I was a little help

Did you replace the fuse with anohter even if it looks good?
I have had this problem when working at a dealership, People will troubleshoot everything then bring it to me, I take my multimeter and test a fuse that looks good but the multimeter says it is bad.
The only other advice from me is to buy a multimeter and get a wiring diagram and start testing the circut to find the problem.

It's definitely a fuse look at your owners manual for the correct fuse to check
