Any ideas what it could be?

Okay, lets try this again... he has no fever, it started last night. He's spending the day in bed. And if he's not better tomorrow I am going to make him see the doctor.
So he's not dying, he doesn't need an ER and I am not a bad friend :-P Just curious what it could be.
I had no luck on Web MD, will check Yahoo! Health.

The "freezing cold" may be classified as the chills... I really don't think it's too serious, just a little thing.

Could be tons of things, but most likely a virus. Cold chills means high fever. Give him some tylenol or ibuprophin for the fever, keep fluids in him, and lots of rest. Most likley just the flu. If you are really worried, go to the doctor.

This could be the symptoms of any number of health problems. Some of them could be very serious - even fatal. I'd take your boyfriend to a medical professional immediately. If he refuses, wait until he "falls asleep" or passes out and call an ambulance.

depending if there are any other symptoms like dizziness, sinus drainage, it could be a few things. Have you checked yahoo health or webmd.com? When I had that problem I had a really bad sinus infection. Check those sights and his temperature as well.

He could be aenemic, have low blood pressure. However, he has to see a REAL MD to find out what is causing his condition.

His going to slip into a active coma unless he can keep warm and eat lots of samon upside down, the samon parts a lie

If he is overweight, he could have a heart blockage. Are his ankles swollen? Does he snore? Check the heart

take him to the hospitals dont you no when he is freezing in side it could kill him call the amburlance to get him 911
