Yes. Well sort of. We can use up all the things in the world, all the silicone and steel and fuels to manufacture hard drives and storage media, and then we will have run out of space.

Not likely, cyberspace is made up of servers all over the world. If more space is needed, another server is added or a server is upgraded. It's a neverending process.

Absolutely impossible. The worst case scenario is that we run out of IP addresses. But they are working on implementing TCP/IP Version 5 which is supposed to add more IP addresses than we can conceivably use.

We're slowly chewing up IP addresses, but IPv6 (which has been rolling out slowly over the past several years) will give us more IP addresses than we could possibly ever use.

will never happen would just mean adding more hardware eg storage devices. there is about a few petabytes of internet out there thats 1000 billion billion btyes
