i need microsoft access program that can own reports and quiries

If you have Access, you must first create an Access datafile. After you create and save the file, you open the file and use the report wizard to create your own reports.

Sounds like you had better get a book or two on Access. I suggest www.amazon.com. Look for the link for books, then look for used books. I have ordered many used books here, saved a lot of money, and all I have received so far are in excellent condition.
