Remove Nail Polish Stains From:
Ceramic, Glass/Tile, Enamel, Glass, Gold,
Platinum, Porcelain, Rhinestones, Silver
Wipe up excess polish as soon as possible. Wash with a cloth dipped in a solution of washing soda, water, and a few drops of ammonia. Rinse well and wipe dry. Hardened polish can sometimes be carefully scraped away with a razor blade on ceramic tile, enamel, and glass.
Remove Nail Polish Stains From:

With a sponge, blot up as much polish as possible. Dip a wet toothbrush into a little powdered cleanser and scrub gently. Rinse well with clear water and wipe dry.

The tile will be easy. But the grout is another story. I would pour nail polish remover into the grout stain and let set 20 seconds then with a paper towel, blot like crazy, then repeat a couple more times. I hope that works.

You can easily use nail polish remover to remove the nail polish from the ceramic tile but you can forget about the grout. Grout is porous and soaks up EVERYTHING! The only solution is to paint all the grout the color you want it (or the color it originally was)... sorry.

My daughter and myself on holiday, I drop whole bottle of red mail Polish on floor and it goes every where, what to do. We tried acetone to no avail then washing powder no good. My daughter was about to go to the shop to get some Wd40 as a site said that works, before we left she decided to try our Calypso dry oil sun tan lotion fantastic it worked and took all the Polish off. Good clean of the floor with hot soapy water after and you would never know, so so pleased. Doesn't work on bedding.
