The long running tv show from the the late 70's-The Waltons. We were a family of 7 children, mother, father, and grandmother. We never realized it while growing up but we would have been considered poor financially. We didn't have tv, telephone, or indoor plumbing until I was a teenager in the mid 60's and we lived on the same piece of land that my family had lived on for 2 generations. That land is still owned by my family and is lived on by members of the family.

The Waltons strangely enough. I think it's because my parents had a cottage in a remote area of the countryside without water, toilets and electricity. I was wonderful though for children discovering a safe world in the valley.
