sorry it can not be done, you see what has happened is the fibres, probably polyester are only plastic threads and when a hot iron is placed on to them they melt slightly causing a flat which looks shiny.........sorry

Use a pressing cloth. Lay out the clothing and lay a smooth one foot by two foot cotton cloth over the item to be pressed and steam through the pressing cloth. No shine this way.

Some fabrics shine if pressed directly.

.Soak a cotton cloth in a mixture of 3 parts water to 1 part vinegar and wipe over shine.

Sometimes rewashing the item works. I always iron dark items inside out (on the reverse side)...no shine that shows.

what i would do is let it dry then let it soak in warm water with vanish oxshiaction
