You have to click on (Forgotten Password). Your service provider will require you to print your answer to the security question you were asked when you signed on. They will then
sort it out.

If you mean the password to log on to windows, there is a way to take it off by CMOS. You have to take your computer apart to do this though. After you log back in you can put a new password. (one you can remember!)

just say you forgot your password and they will email you your password

then u check ur email and verify th password

on most things there should be a spot where you can click that says: FORGOT PASSWORD? click on that and use it to change and or get you old one back, if it doesn't have this, then... well.... your screwed!
