Oxygen 19%
Nitrogen 79%
Carbon Dioxide
Water vapour
The Noble(Inert) Gases
Trace amounts of Methane, Sulphur dioxide, Ammonia
The last four gases constitute only a maximum of 2% of which water vapour is the largest and most variable.

The previous replies are fine, excepting for the fact that they ignore a minor point or two. Oxygen & CO2 vary depending on many factors, they are not fixed. Then another point is that air has water "disolved in it", and dust pollen etc. dispersed or suspended in it.
Air is not that homogeneous, air currents cause significant changes in density humidity dust levels polution etc. Just try sampling it & you soon see how much it varies.
