Place a towel that you don't use anymore over the was, place a warm iron over the towel and the wax will transfer from the carpet to the towel. Make sure the iron is ONLY on the towel or else you will burn your carpet which will have to be replaced.

Lay an old towel over the spot, iron the surface for a short bit, make sure you don't burn the carpet. Take a butter knife and scrape until it comes off. It works. The first night me and my roomie moved into our new (lease) house, she knocked over a candle, when we moved out, I had to clean it up, so I did this and it worked. The Landlord never noticed.

My suggestion is paper towels folded into a pad, lay them over the spot. Take a warm iron and press it. Absorb the wax and keep putting clean paper towels on the spot until it is all up.

Well here is one ideal that works. You need to get a rag wet [moist] not to wet. Also and dry rag. You will need a iron also.
Now take the dry rag put over the spot. Take the moist rag put on top of the dry rag. Now take your iron and put it on top of the moist rag. Iron like you would a shirt.
Be very careful not ot burn a hole in your rag. Now when the rags get hot enough it will draw the wax into the dry rag. May need to moisten your rag couple times to repeat.
Hope you and your family have a great Christmas.

5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
