You,ll never learn if you don't do it would self, You can use cement for stucco Home depot or Lowe's can help you with the material and how to apply it, with a trowel it is not hard,

Number one its not cement its plaster or stucco. There is a art to it. you best let the professionals do it

If you want perfect walls,without waves,you need a professional.
If you don t want to be dirty,you need a professional.Anyway,in time is possible to appear littles breaks.
