I do not have a bathroom scale in my home. I cannot believe how liberating it is not to assess that judgement upon myself everyday anymore.

I do not have a scale at home, but I always hop on at the gym or the grocery store. That extra pound or two always ruins my day, so yes, the daily world would be more liberating without one.
I HATE cell phones, Dr. Seuss Tockers! I was without one for two weeks and I did not miss it at all.
Anyway...the common items that everyone else seems to have that I don't are flatscreen TVs and fairly new computers. I just never get around to keeping up with the latest technology until something is on its last legs and I HAVE to buy a new one.

I do not have, or want, a cell phone. I commute 50 miles each way to work and could certainly justify one, but I prefer to be out of touch during that time. It is a peaceful period during which I can not be disturbed.
In 4 years of this commuting, I have not had one instance where it would have saved my life or even aided me all that much. I do not want one.
I do not want one on a train,
I do not want one on a plain.
I would not use it on a boat,
I would not lend it to a goat.
Give me a cell and I will hurl.
I will not have one Turtle Girl!!!

Sorry turtle girl I've got a scale I haven't used it lately would you like to borrow it for awhile? I don't have a girlfriend. If that counts of course. Because not everyone has one.

Until a few months ago, I never owned one. But now I am on a diet and excercise program that requires me to check at least once a week. Now I have two, because I bought one and my health insurance company sent me one for free due to my active lifestyle! Oh well!

Ha! I don't have a bathroom scale either.....I don't care how much I weigh; when my clothes don't fit, I buy new ones or improvise. It's worked so far!
I also don't have a blow-dryer; my hair gets fuzzy when I use one....I'm not big on hair products.....

No stereo system -I don't know why we don't have one-maybe my husband never wanted one since I would crank up the toons and he works midnights and he would never get any sleep! ps I have no scale either, or ipod, or tivo, or mp3 or any of that technical stuff.

Cable. Which is funny since my boyfriend works for a cable company! We just feel there is to much smut on TV for the kids to be seeing!

I don't have a scale either, so there are 2 of us!
I don't have T.V either, no cable, no satelitte, one channel, sometimes.
