Georges St Pierre, I was so glad when he beat Matt Hughes a couple weeks ago.
I also like Sylvia too.
Seriously, I love UFC. I couldn't stand boxing, but I love this stuff. I've only been watching for about half a year now, but it's great. My first fight was the night when St. Pierre fought BJ Penn and St. Pierre begged for a shot at the belt.

The UFC has some very good fighters.
If I had to pick my favourite I would have to say the UFC's newest signing Mirko "Cro Cop" FilipoviÄ. Cro-Crop is renowned as being the second best heavyweight in the world behind Fedor Emelianenko (who hopefully the UFC will also be able to get).

Georges st. Piere is an awesome athlete. But Did you see how Anderson Sylva dominated Franklin in the championship fight. It was impressive.
I'm gonna have to wait and see couple more fights out of these guys to decide.
