soaps bore me to tears!how do u feel about them?its the same storyline over and over!!!just rehashed!

Heck no, you're not the only one. I hate them- they're so corny and dramatic. It's nothing like real life! Just make it stop!

I don't. They are supposed to reflect real life but they never mention things like the World cup, the ashes, big brother and all that other crap or anything that happens in the real world.
I did watch neighbours many years ago but that was more for the nice ladies and not the cheesy storylines.

Haven't got a tv, couldn't tell you what happened in any of the soaps for the past 3 years....and yet whenever I catch a snippet of one round a friends, its as if I never stopped watching........nothing changes!

The only ones I used to watch were Sunset Beach and when Passions first started. When the actor who played Timmy passed away, I stopped. He was such a great great person.

I don't either.
They are soooooooooo boring.
I don't know what people see in them.
And I agree with it being just the same old boring storyline.
Can't they think of anything else?
All they are is people having arguments, breakups etc.
What is the point in them.
I would rather watch a film.

Nope -I don't watch them either. You can miss them for 10 years and the same stuff is still going on.

My hubby hates them, I only watch Emmerdale because my friends in it but guess that's bad enough, still watching that has to be better than that depressing Eastenders.

no your not me & my bird hate em!!
we love listening to music & having a conversation over a glass of red or Champagne. There are very few things that we do actually watch on t.v
