I mean if someone is coming over so to fix on my computer I would want them to dress comfortably, not a dress shirt, tie and slacks but I would want them to dress down per-say . That's how my computer guy dresses lol

I think office causal would say professional-Khaki pants or dark dress pants and a polo type shirt-no tie or button down, because you will get dirty. Not to be facetious, but I would carry some sort of business ID with a picture and company name, since there are so many preditors out there and people might be suspicious.

A pair of khakis and a nice polo shirt or a simple button down shirt. With some casual comfortable shoes. Unless you are going to install and get down dirty you can wear a jumper or an old pair of jeans and a t shirt with a business logo on it.

Ironed khakis or denim jeans that are your size with Ironed polo shirt (tucked in). No tie necessary, belt that matches the shoes. Typically black. If you show up in a suit or slacks or wearing a tie it looks a little too formal. When you open the door to others that are in suits & ties what comes to your mind? FBI or Jehovah’s witness?

yep definitely agree...polo shirt and khakis with a pair of those black work shoes....not th geeky ones lol the industrial ones. my boyfriend has them for work..they are black and almost look like sneakers, but they look professional too lol. that probably makes no sense. even a pair of good neat boots would be fine. i wouldn't go more casual or more formal than that!! :o) good luck with the business i hope everything goes well!! :o)

My computer people always look like they work in either a tattoo parlor, they just came from an Elvis Costello concert or a Star Trek convention. They know what they are doing and we don't so if they show up in a tank and flip flops, I don't care.
