Are there any side affects to the natural sleeping aid melatonin?

melatonin is something the body naturally releases so it shouldnt give you any side effects

I took it once and I was asleep for virtually 10 hours. and I still wanted to sleep some more. From experience do not take it 2 nights in a row. When I took it the next night it just didn't work. It happens all the time to me.

I don't really know BUT, Valerian Root is absolutely safe, is not a sleep aid per se and should prove helpful in general state of mind. Basically it allows you to not have your mind spin and wander so much when trying to sleep/focus/etc. Good luck! (oh, the pill bottle smells kinda bad, but who cares)
