I have fairly good experience in that field, this is a commercial firm. I do go to school part-time at night. This is a full-time job 8+ hours a day. I'm guessing about $40k to $45k (midwest area). Opinions? Thanks.

It depends what you mean when you say run a construction office. If you are clerical, about $35000. If you are a const mgr ordering subs, scheduling, planning a little more. Good luck!

Ask for about 50 to 55 to get started,go up from there.

With no education, I wouldn't pay more than $32,000, but it does depend on the level of responsibility and size of the office.
$40,000 would be a max.
