me and my husband are planning another baby sometime in the future.. we have two beautiful lil boys and would really like to add a girl to the mix..anyone have and suggestions or helpfull hints on ways to concieve a girl??????

There is absolutely nothing you can do to determine the sex of a child. It's pure luck.

Ok - theory states that because male sperm swim faster and die earlier that if you have intercourse 3 to 5 days before you ovulate there is a better chance you will have a girl.... however, as with everything in life there is a catch... There is only a 10% chance on conceiving at all if you have sex 5 days before ovulation. Also, your eggs might be resistent to the sperm carrying the female chromosone.
You coul go to a specialist - they can extract the sperm carrying fmale DNA from the rest and implant it in you to increase the chances... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

LOL....don't know. I'm the mother of 3 boys. If you don't want a child, then your not ready to have another. There is NO fool proof method. and rather and make some beautiful little boy suffer your disappointment for somthing he couldn't control, don't get pregnant at all. You need to want another child...not a girl.
Sorry to seem rather coarse, but it's the truth. I've seen PPD get so bad in women who "hope" for a certain gender.

This is what I've heard however, I don't know how true it is: The Male Sperm is Faster but not as strong and the Female Sperm is slower but a lot stronger. So if you have sex the day BEFORE your ovulation day (the most fertile day) you will increase your chances of having a girl. Hope that helps.

No ways possible-it is chance-you get what comes.I am pregnant with my 2nd boy and was really hoping for a girl-but you love what you get!
believe me-if there was a possible way to conceive a girl-I would have done that way.

Have sex 3 days prior to ovulating....girl sperm live longer.
If you have sex close to or on your ovulation date you'll have a higher chance of having a boy.
