my best friend wants to smoke because she feels depressed but i don't know what to tell her.help me .?

First of all u r saying that she is ur best friend,so why not try to know what is the reason of her depression & try to help her on it.That's why friends r there.Try to show her how much u care & that's u are always beside her.Also,try to convince her about the hazards of smoking & that it's not going to help in anything except in lung cancer or another stuff that we don't know what might it be.Try to ask her:What does smoking have to do with depression?Simply,no relation.On the contrary it does increase the level of depression.The best thing is to persuade her & I'm sure she's going to appreciate it.Good luck with her!!!

Smoking will help her with nothing except help her to get lung cancer when she is 50. Its not cool, and it doesnt make you feel cool either. Tell her that there are other ways to deal with depression. And just let her know that you are always there and that she can talk to you anytime.
