Am setting up a get together for a family that lost their mother 4 years ago and want to use flowers around the table. Nd to know which flower symbolizes rememberances.....

There really is no one set flower for such an occasion. I would ask the family what kind of flowers their mom liked and then get them. Different people like different things and, as an example, if the mom didn't like roses, they wouldn't be good to use. Also some of the family may object to a certain flower for whatever reason. Therefore it would be better to ask a few of them to find out what they would like there.
