John Jr.'s favorite dessert was floating island. I am not sure what President Kennedy's favorite dessert was - said to be chocolate.

John F. Kennedy had to be reminded to eat-he was not a big eater. He did enjoy chocolate though. So, if I had to guess what his favorite dessert would be, besides the pink taco, I would have to say chocolate cake.
