I think it is gorgeous and classy. Not too short if you chose a longer middle name.

No way ....your daughter will likely thank you for not giving her a huge name that she won't be able to write right until 3rd grade. Not that I am against big pretty names, but I really like short and sweet ones like Eva and Eve and Ava.....

Eva is a beautiful name. But it is short and if you want it for a nickname you should make her full name Evangelina.

I think it is a great name. I love names that end in A especially for girls. It does have few letters but it still has two syllables and i think that is important

I like it, and no its not short thats just how its spelled. I think your daughter will like it because its easy to spell... you will like it to when it comes time to teach her how to spell her name. If you want a long name pick one as the middle name as it will go nicely with Eva.
Good luck :)

Personally for the birth certiticate you should put a longer name than Eva but you can always call her that as a nick name. For instance my daughters name is Elieyana and i call her El or E simple names are great you make the important call.

I do not care for the name although I guess it is because that is my mothers name! I do not know what you have planned for a middle name although hers is Maria.

your daughter will love that name when she's learning to spell! give her a long middle name like katherine or jacqueline to balance it out.
