Only if they win the AFC East, and that isn't likely. They could possibly host the AFC Championship game if they finish with the #5 seed (best wild card team) and they and the #6 seed (2nd best wild card team) both make the AFC Championship game.

They won't make playoffs. They couldn't beat bills. Their schedule is soft but so are they. It will be a surprise if they beat Miami.

no they are inconsistent they lose to the bills and beat the patriots? Too soft of a team to compete with the higher eschelon of AFC teams.

No.....They are an average team. Being average in the AFC is not good enough. They may have a chance if they were in the NFC.
