well
ur question is a little bit unclear
i guess u should rephrase it
but i really want to help
so as i understood
the missing expression goes like this
2x-10=3x
2x-3x=10
-x=10
x=-10
so acchording to the domain of defenition
when x< -10,then 2x-10>3x
when x= -10,then 2x-10=3x
when x >-10,then 2x-10<3x

i have a feeling that this isn't exactly what u wanted
but i tried
acchording to what i understood
good luck =)

Here are a few sites for you to check out that may be able to answer your questions so that you can find the answer for yourself. I hope these help you. Maybe you should let people know what grade of math you are in so they can better assist you in explaining this question of yours.
