i am a very patient person who is in a relationship with someone who is imbalanced. i take a lot of verbal abuse and realize it is not realistic. when her episode is over she is the sweetest most apologetic person in the world... says she wants help, appreciates me for being there and supporting her.... says it's not her.... this is what holds me, i see what she wants, and who she is at that point. we're engaged, there is a lot of love there. i'm 32 about to semi retire. i need more stability with her. if someone reads this that has been through this or is a professional please help. this is starting to take too much out of me. SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE.

The good news is that it's likely treatable, but she needs to be willing to see a doctor and take medication.

Good luck.~

She needs medical help and that may not help, most bipolar, manic depressant or chemically imbalanced ppl are single because they are impossible to live with. Evebtually you will have cashed all of your stress chips on her and won't have anything left.
