I have noticed that most kids who have seen their parent suffer due to smoking at a young age will never smoke. In any case smoking is on the decline and no longer cool to hang around with your friends with one hanging in your mouth. Most people will keep away because of your breath.

I smoke and have 2 kids. One smokes and one doesn't. My in-laws both smoke. None of their 3 kids smoke. I don't think smoking has anything to do with parents.

Not always it can depend on how aware the parents are in their child's life. For example a parent who is less involved might cause their child to smoke or if the parent cares it might prevent it.There is no study that says for sure but hope I helped.

There are some who do, even as teenagers, but I have never tried smoking. At one time, both my parents did; my dad still does.

usually. my parents smoked and my siter does now, but i dont. i really depends. but after living with all the smoke, u start to crave it so u do usually smoke too.,
