I have met some incredibly ticklish girls and I have met some incredibly ticklish guys. I have met girls who are not ticklish art all and I have met guys who are not ticklish at all.
Being ticklish is not gender-specific. I will say that girls. ladies, women are tickled more often than guys are because it is hard to resist the sweet sound a female laughter. Unfortunately, this leads to a lot if cruel tickling instead of appreciated playful tickling for many ladies.

i don't think you can make a generalization like that. i know guys who are ticklish and i'm a girl and not ticklish at all.
also, i think some people exagerrate how ticklish they are because they're flirting or think it's cute. personally, i think it's obnoxious as all hell. just don't tickle. it's annoying.
