Again World of Warcraft. I personally never played D&D but I have some friends that did/do and most of them also like WoW. The game is addicting and there's pretty much always something to do even when you're character is as highly leveled as possible (right now 60 until jan then it will be 70).

You have to pay for the software and then the montly subscription but its really not bad compared to other online games.

the best along these lines is Asherons Call, it is an older game than World of Warcraft and has many advantages over that in the respect when you complete quests they are on a timer and you can re run the quest when the timer is up in World of Warcraft this is not possible......The world of asherons call constantly changes and the storyline is ongoing.......there r many live events when the developers come into the game to cause mayhem. try the free 14 day trail www.turbine.com also check out more info on one of the players sites for the game this is the most used referece site for asherons call www.thejackcat.com/ac

The only solo quests I really have any experience with were Paladin quests to go find a special mount or a Holy Weapon kind of thing. It can work, but it wouldn't hurt to give her a cohort like a level or two lower than she is.

You could just try Dungeons & Dragons online, I believe it has a free trial running.

Hi,
You can download World of Warcraft for free here: http://j.mp/1p0DdNj

In this role-playing game, you will have to create your own character and choose one of the available roles to start forging you own path in the world of Azeroth.
Give it a try.

Try WoW (world of warcraft) or maybe even Starcraft. Strategy type games are probably what he's into, and there's tons of them out there. Good luck :)
