I have looked everywhere for these two books but I can only find them in English translation.

Try looking for bilingual editions (Greek and English for instance) In Mexico's University UNAM there are lots of book published like that (English Spanish in this case)

1. with a local university library, or the department of classical studies at a local university?
2. Google.gr (assuming you read Greek?)
