You can make a general apology to yourself about all the mistakes you have made and work towards not repeating them.
Sometimes trying to tackle apologies one by one backfires with it bringing up unresolved emotions of hurt and anger. It can do more harm than good.
Just be the best person you can be for yourself for today and everything will work out in the long run.

You may not be able to re-pay them all, but make an effort, and the VERY best way is to change the behavior that hurt them in the first place, do that and you will be forgiven by most if not all.
Next you have to forgive yourself, then you can pay it forward and try to help others that have or are making the same mistakes you did.
I am proud of you for recognizing whatever pain you have caused! Remember, we are ALL worthy of Redemption!
Peace and God Bless you and your Family!!!!

write them all letters. I know there are alot but if this what needs to happen for you to move on. tell them what you did and that you cant go back and change what has already been done but the guilt that you feel in side is eating you up and you feel like you need to apologize. just tell them that it hurts you so bad that you have hurt all of them and that you hope that they all can forgive you but if not then you understand and atleast you said your peace. good luck

Random acts of kindness. When the people you have hurt see that you have become a better person, they will forgive you. If all else fails, you could put out a full page add in the New York Times (lol). Don't worry, God forgives all.

Just keep hurting. Make each one hurt worse than the one before. This way, you'll be so overcome by the magnitude of the most recent painful infliction, that you'll actually forget the previous ones.
Then go jump off of a bridge.

Start close to you and work out from there. A simple I am sorry should suffice. Try being more specific with the ones closest to you (ie: family and friends). The most important thing is to be sincere.

Mass e-mail or get a web page and just get it all out of the way at once. You can send Christmas cards to people requesting them to log on to your site. Or watch that earl show for more ideas.

Make a list of them and contact one or two of them per day until you are done.
Kudos to you for taking the responsibility to clean up your side of the street. So many people dont.

Find as many as you can and face to face apologize. The rest simply ask whatever deity you serve to forgive you and MOVE ON.
