The home is the house we grew up in, now I live there alone. Also when I order music all I get is a bill and a statement saying you got the mucis or what ever it may be I order and we would like to be paid. When in reality I have never gotten anything and my brothers are the only people that go in to the mail-box. Why should I have to pay for something one of my brothers taken, I can't do it, they have their own address why don't they use it.

You shouldn`t.
I would write to the companys (keep a copy of the letter) telling them that you have not ordered nor recieved any of the goods,
enclose your brothers addresses and have the bills redirected to their houses.
