In the Bill Murray Movie 'Scrooged', Murray's chararter, Frank Cross, goes to lunch with his boss. The boss tells him that he's hired someone to take a bit of the load of Frank's shoulders. Frank asks who it is, and at that moment, the very man, Bryce Cummings, comes in the door. As he bounces to the table, he says "Peligrino, Rocks, Twist". What is this supposed to mean?

Pellegrino is a brand of Italian mineral water. To order a drink "on the rocks" means you want ice, and the twist is a request for a slice of lemon or lime (usually lemon) in the drink, for a hint of flavor.

He shortened "Pelligrino on the rocks with a twist." to what he said. Pellligrino is a type of water. On the rocks means on ice. With a twist means with either lemon or lime, in this case, probably lemon.
