I proposed to her at her house...
I was on bended knee and asked her to marry me
She was shocked and began to cry
We were both smiling
Then her dog came in
sniffed around a bit
we kinda giggled about it
I awaited her response
The dog lifted his leg and peed on me.
I got up pissed off and kinda kicked it away which provoked it and it slightly bit me
It was a mess
She got mad cause I kicked
And I never got a response because I left
What do I do now?

For one thing, you are now the territory of the dog so he pretty much responded for her. You need to be a man, call her or better yet go to her house and apologize for what you did. Reassure her that you won't do it again because a lot of women tend to think the way you treat animals could mean the way you will treat them or any kids. (I know it's silly)
After that ask her once again, but this time take her some place romantic. Tell her you want to take her for a drive and while you are out there pop the question again.

You proposed to her for a reason. Try the proposal again. Trust me, in your first few years of marriage you are going to need something funny to look back on. Maybe you should try to incorporate the dog into the proposal this time, that would help ease the tension.
BTW... Has you guys talked about the proposal since??

Make nice with the dog. tie the ring around the dog collar and ask her again and call the dog over. She'll really get a KICK out of it.

apologize for kicking the dog and try again, taking flowers with you and maybe bringing the dog a chew toy or ball or something might help you get back on her good side, then try again, only this time maybe make sure the dog stays in the house.

try again this time some place more romantic and with out a dog. and if she is all broken up over what you did to the dog then say aim sorry and tell her the do ruin they way i wonted to proposals to you.

apologize for kicking the dog. consider bringing over a doggy present, and see if she starts to feel better about the whole thing. then just shake it off, laugh about it, and start over again. if you can make a joke about it, and just let it go it would be better to sort of smooth things over that way. it is kind of funny. haha. =)

OK HERE IS WHAT YOU DO...you go to the pet store and buy a little puppy..i presume you still have the ring... tie it to the collar of the puppy and then after you have delivered it...call the wedding planner.......................works everytime
