I did see a group online that made loans to individuals. This was different as its not a bank but does allow regular people to borrow from each other and lend as well. here's the site. I have never done any research on this group so check with your attorney general's office and the BBB to see if they are reputable.

go to your local loan shark, get the money from him but make sure to pay him back or he will break all of your fingers. good luck :)

There are people who might lend it to you, but they tend to be very forceful about collections. You really dont want to go there.

that sounds almost impossible...maybe if you had some collateral...without some type of security or collateral you may as well give it up...i'm sorry
