The one where Kramer adopts the section of the highway and paints over the lines to make it two lanes instead of four and then there is a whole bunch of accidents and so he goes and get paint thinner from Elaine who is pretending to be a janitor because they won't deliver a certain fish to her apartment.
And then at the end Newman is driving and he screams "Oh the humanity" because he is dragging a sewing machine and Kramer spills the paint thinner all over the road and it catches the mail truck on fire.

The "Master of your own domain" episode. I love it when Kramer walks in slaps down a hundred and says "I'm out" just shortly after the bet. I've seen that episode at least 25 times and I laugh just as hard each time.

Way too many to choose from. I find that even when I watch one that I've seen 100 times before, there's a line or something that makes me laugh that I didn't even notice before.
