depends on your religious beliefs i guess
but for me personally when i think i look beautiful i thank luck and myself for being able to keep my face clear, style my hair nice and dress myself to please. In the big picture the parents are there to thank for genes but on a day to day basis, i have a bit more say in how i look

so, then, if you just feel beautiful, you should thank yourself. it is your own self confidence making you feel this way. and if you truly are beautiful, thank your parents for good genetics. and i'm an atheist, so that answers that part.

you should thank yourself. your parents created you, yes but you take care of your hair, skin, and most importantly your overall appearance. dont always think you ahve to thank someone else, sometimes you need to thank yourself.
