Even to the most diehard conservative or neocon, there must be something he did wrong or said wrong while in office. In a separate question I'm also asking liberals to list what he has done right. I'm trying to distinguish between issues of right & wrong and issues of partisan politics.
Please: no name-calling, just a list.

Oh, pardon me, Clifford P. Johnson, perhaps you could enlighten me? But then again, based on what I've read of your own questions and answers, I doubt it.

The farce that was the medicare medicine program that benefitted his friends in the pharmacy business No Child Left Behind, an unfunded mandate that has not reduced the school dropout rate but compelled schools to cut back even further. The total and complete mishandling of New Orleans and FEMA and the continued misunderstanding about what to do. The denial of global warming and the refusal to abide by the Kyoto Protocol. As to lies, this exerpt is from "The Nation" magazine: "Fourteen months after the attack, Bush said, "We must uncover every detail and learn every lesson of September the 11th." But his actions belied this rhetoric. His White House refused to turn over information to the intelligence committees about a pre-9/11 intelligence briefing he had had seen, and the Bush Administration would not allow the committees to tell the public what intelligence warnings Bush had received before September 11. "More famously, Bush would not declassify the twenty-seven-page portion of the committees' final report that concerned connections between the 9/11 hijackers and Saudi Arabia. And following September 11, Bush repeatedly maintained that his Administration was doing everything possible to secure the nation. But that was not true. The Administration did not move--and has not moved--quickly to address gaping security concerns, including vulnerabilities at chemical plants and ports and a huge shortfall in resources for first responders."

He's done several things badly. Number 1 is the lack of any policy on illegal immigration. He badly bungled this and has cost him dearly. His poorly thought out idea to privatize social security. Badly misjudging the amount of Resistance the insurgents,(Iran and Syria) would put up in post-Saddam Iraq. I could go on and on, but why? Every president makes mistakes and no one can please everyone all of the time. George Bush gets second guessed more than any other politician in the last 40 years. Yes I am a conservative.

Trying to run the world instead of seeking peace for the sake of the world. He has definitely stirred up anger starting with the 9/11 attack. We had every right to seek the ones responsible and everyone was for US to do it. When he switched to Iraq his motives became suspicious. The fact that our troops have been short-changed makes one wonder WTF he's up to beside making him look incompetent. Now the UN is taking advantage of our predicament and they are in the process of turning the world into the prophetic picture of a one world govt. run by rad-Islam. We still have a chance to reform and fight this but with the divisive core here US might not make it. There's too much responsibility for one man he should have involved the congress more and when Clinton got the right for the President to rule over war, that was a bad idea.

He's done plenty wrong.
Steel tariffs - his coddling of the steel unions had a ripple effect that harmed steel-using industries and added significant cost onto steel products. It probably caused more lost jobs than it saved. I'd expect stupid pandering crap like this from a Democrat, not a conservative.
Medicare Prescription coverage - additional open-ended entitlement program that is basically unconstitutional spending, and takes us another step towards the horror of socialized medicine. Again, a huge step left, bad for our country, increasing our debt, and unconstitutional.
Selection of Harriet Myers as supreme nominee - this was a blunder, and shows a distasteful cronyism that keeps cropping up. She was unqualified, and his utterances that "she'll vote like you want" were condescending at best and certainly unseemly.
"We'll rebuild New Orleans" - Not from my paycheck, you freaking won't!
Some of the cowboyisms I could do without, too.

His immigration policy was bad.
His worst failure was holding himself above the media rather than playing their game. The media had been rendered more or less moot on the political arena since Reagan. But Bush's intolerence or inability to play the media game empassioned the media to lead a full scale assault upon him.
