You can file bankruptcy yourself but you need to educate yourself first and understand ALL of the ramifications of filing. This will follow you for 7-10 years and may effect you in your career and personal life. Be sure you're willing to suffer the consequences rather than trying to work with your creditors!

You can save yourself so much hassle if you just consult a local bankruptcy attorney. The reform laws make it much more difficult to file bankruptcy without an attorney and you really aren't saving that much money by using some anonymous website to file your bankruptcy papers.
