I turned on the infinte NOS and want to know how to turn it off.

If it's an input code (IE: press L1, L2, R1, R2 etc.etc.)
It should turn off if you input the cheat a second time. same with password cheats.

maybe you can just like...restart it? how far in career are you? we just got that game and we haven't put in any codes yet because i always get afraid they won't come off..so let me know how it all works out! it would suck to have to erase all the data and start over again!!
